Marketing Manager and Services Coordinator

Marketing Manager and Services Coordinator needed for Career Connections and Next Step, its career counseling division, in their Athens, Ohio, location. The marketing manager will assist in the promotional efforts of both Career Connections and Next Step using various avenues to promote the services offered including coordinating radio and newspaper advertising, producing social media content, and attending various networking events to educate job seekers and employers in the area on the mission of both companies. The services coordinator responsibilities will include assisting with the various services provided by Next Step by working with job seekers on their needs (resume preparation, coordinating professional development activities, etc).
This is a direct-hire, part-time job opportunity with the potential to become full-time down the road if marketing and sales efforts lead to business growth. The hours will be around 15 to 20 per week. The schedule is very flexible with some mandatory office hours (between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.) for meetings and projects. The pay is commensurate with experience.
To qualify for this position, a degree in public relations, marketing, communications, or related field, strongly preferred. Must have superb communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be proficient in MS Office programs, especially MS Word. Previous experience with training, curriculum development, or human resource management is desired.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
