Skilled Carpenter

Career Connections is looking for a Skilled Carpenter for a busy construction company in Athens, Ohio, that primarily works on commercial remodels. Will be responsible for working off blueprints, metal stud framing, painting, acoustic drop ceiling work, finish carpentry, and other general labor as needed.
Though this company does not have an immediate need, they are always keeping an eye out for skilled candidates for this position and would be able to bring that candidate on board at any time should they be a good fit. This is a full-time, temp-to-direct position. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:
00a.m. to 3:
30p.m. though some weekend hours may be required if needed. Overtime may also occur. The pay will be based upon qualifications and experience but is expected to be within the $13-18+/hour range.
To qualify for this position, candidates must be hard-working, reliable and pay strong attention to detail. Leadership qualities are strongly preferred but the ability to work well with a team is a must. Candidates with commercial construction experience will be given preference. This is a drug-free workplace. Driver's license required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
