Case Manager

Career Connections is looking for a Case Manager for a large provider of behavioral healthcare services in Athens, Ohio. Job duties include monitoring and coordinating delivery of necessary evaluations and assessments, securing client participation in service plan development, providing coordination and assistance in crisis intervention and stabilization, reviewing and monitoring services and activities, maintaining an active caseload, transporting consumers and other duties as assigned.
This is a full-time, temp-to-direct position hiring ASAP. The hours will be 8 a.m. to 4:
30 p.m., Monday through Friday, though some evening or weekend hours might be expected. The starting pay will be $10/hour, and upon direct hire, this employer offers an outstanding benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement, and more.
To qualify for this position, candidates must have excellent communication skills as well as the ability to maintain clear and organized documentation. Associate degree or high school diploma/GED with two years relevant experience in the field required. Active CDCA licensure or above required to be considered. Must possess a valid Ohio driver s license with good driving record and vehicle insurance. This employer maintains a drug free workplace. Qualified applicants will need to pass a drug screen prior to their first day on the job.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
