Career Connections is looking for a Help Desk Support Technician for a healthcare facility in Athens, Ohio. Will provide assistance to users by answering questions, resolving technical problems, and maintaining the organization's computers, software, and related equipment.
This is a full-time, temporary to direct position starting as soon as possible. The schedule will give on average 40 hours/week but will vary shifts, and some overtime hours can be expected. The pay rate will be $12.63/hour. If hired permanently, this company offers comprehensive benefits, including heath, retirement, and dental.
To qualify for this position, an associate degree in computer science or related field strongly preferred. Experience supporting desktops and laptops, including hardware and software troubleshooting, is required. Must have strong communication and organization skills.
