Client Service Associate

Career Connections is looking for a Client Service Associate for a busy and high profile employee benefits agency located in Athens, Ohio. Will be assisting and supporting an agent with corporate benefit policy creation, administration, and maintenance. Will assist the group participants with claims, benefit coverage questions, and additional requests as needed. Will also provide assistance to agents by assisting with sales and onboarding presentations to the employer and employees as needed. There will be other various customer focused projects as needed.
This is a direct-hire, full-time job opportunity hiring in June 2015. The schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8:
30 a.m. to 5 p.m. This company offers comprehensive benefits.
To qualify for this position, candidates must have customer service experience, strong computer skills (proficiency with MS Word and Excel, and previous database experience), excellent communication skills, effective problem-solving skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Must possess the ability to work well in a team and have a strong desire to serve others. A college degree is strongly preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
