Property Manager

Career Connections is looking for a Property Manager in Athens, OH. Will be overseeing daily leasing operations of the multi-unit property by showing units to prospective tenants, working with renters and owners to ensure timely delivery of lease payments, filing and completing necessary documents to secure future tenants, bookkeeping and administrative responsibilities, and necessary projects as needed.
This is a direct-hire, full-time job opportunity. The schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with the occasional need to work evening/weekend hours during peak periods. This company offers a competitive salary with bonus options. This company does not currently provide insurance benefits, but does offer vacation and sick pay.
To qualify for this position, candidates must have at least 5 years of property management or student rental experience. Must be comfortable being in a supervisory role, highly organized, and be a self-starter. Must be able to provide excellent customer service to both unit owners and tenants. A real estate license or an interest in obtaining one is necessary for this role. Must be experienced with MS Office and Quickbooks.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
